Practice Details
- Outpatient-only model within a mission-driven, community-focused health system
- Provide care for children, adolescents, and adults in a renovated, integrated clinic space
- Strong administrative and mid-level support to streamline workflow
- No hospital duties, no inpatient rounding, and no call
Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- No nights, weekends, or call obligations
- Lower patient volume to support thoughtful, relationship-based care
- Built-in administrative time each week
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with opportunities for performance incentives

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults
- Open to both early-career and experienced psychiatrists
- Interest in integrated outpatient care
